Eswatini Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM)

The Eswatini Global Fund Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) is a multisectoral governance body that mobilizes resources from the Global Fund (GF) to fight HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and COVID-19. The Eswatini CCM fosters country-level multistakeholder partnerships to identify priority needs and develop grant proposals for submission to the Global Fund. Upon grant approval, the CCM supervises its implementation through the principal recipients (PRs), NERCHA, and CANGO. These grants specifically target programs for the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria and support the COVID-19 response. Additionally, the CCM ensures proper program and financial management of the grant funds, oversees procurement of supplies and maintains efficient monitoring.
